What to Expect:
A personalized training program is a program built specifically for you and your goals with the intent that you will do them on your own at home, your local gym or whatever facility you have access to. You will receive a questionnaire upon purchase which will include all the necessary information needed to create a program geared towards your goals. This program is adjusted every four weeks based off your progression to ensure the correct weights, reps and exercises are being utilized to achieve the best results possible. This is not a coaching program which means check-ins are not included within this program.
