Once your scan is complete, you will receive a printed out copy of your results. With your results sheet in hand, we will walk you through a detailed interpretation of exactly what your results mean. Along with your interpretation, we will provide you exercise, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based off your results in order to get you on your most direct route towards achieving/maintaining a healthy body composition.

If you have access to an InBody Analyzer but do not know what to do with your results, we offer this same detailed interpretation and recommendations via Zoom to ensure you are taken care of no matter where you are.

What is body composition and why is it important to me?

Body composition analysis refers to measuring your body composition, generally known as your body muscle, fat, and water. Instead of focusing on a single number on your scale, body composition analysis allows you to focus on losing body fat and gaining muscle while retaining the proper amount of body water in specific areas of your body. Body composition analysis is the key to tracking and maintaining effective weight loss. Lose weight smarter, healthier, and happier like never before.

Your body is made up of so much more than just fat. In fact, your body is approximately 60% water. When you step on your scale every morning and see those daily weight fluctuations, many times it is simply water weight changing based off your previous day’s food and exercise choices. We want to dig deeper than just the number on the scale and see exactly where your body composition is at. Having a detailed view of how much muscle, fat and water makes up your body not only helps with establishing a baseline of where your body composition is currently at, but also provides valuable information to help establish proper dietary and exercise related protocols that fit your goals. Scanning every 6 to 8 weeks can also help accurately tack your progress to ensure you moving in the RIGHT direction.
